Abstract

Equal treatment to ladies in political life, to be meaning and effective ought to begin from the grassroots level. to produce coaching and observe within the method of decision-making, the agricultural democratic establishments ar the best structures to start with. one among the aims of the Constitutional modification Act is to accomplish this purpose. "The question of political direction of girls in rural Asian country has assumed extensive significance recently as a result of the 73rd Constitutional modification Act. The modification provides reservation of seats and posts of president tor ladies all told grassroots level democratic establishments within the country referred to as Panchayats. this is often a historic step of so much reaching implications and important repercussions on the political method in rural Asian country.
