A CASE STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF IMMEDIATE MOBILE PAYMENT SERVICE (IMPS), WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO SBI CUSTOMERS

Abstract

The paper aims to understanding the advantages and disadvantages of IMPS provided by banks in the recent banking operations. This case study mainly deals with the views of SBI customers of the same case. It is noticed that banking sector is a fast growing business sector in Indian economy public have keen interest to make a sound trustee between banks in the recent years. So the number of facilities provided by the bank is too high. This fast growing trends may leads to quick payment system, investment facility, transfer provisions etc. In all aspects of free services customers also felt different problems from various fields such as non awareness to operate the system, blocking of their accounts, non security transformations etc. Even if the banking industry catch its best position in the country.
