Abstract

Initial Public Offering (IPO) or stock exchange dispatch in Indian capital market is the place shares of stock in an organization are sold to the overall population, on a securities trade, for the primary time. Public offerings are utilized by organizations to raise development capital, to perhaps adapt the speculations of early private financial specialists, and to end up traded on an open market enterprises. The IPOs have increased more presentation in the Indian situation as Finance Corporation (FICO) assessment offices are likewise giving conclusions as FICO scores which is gainful and utilized by the speculators as a part of the basic leadership procedure of IPO. This paper brings out a general perspective on IPO in the Indian capital market and the reasons thereof for companies to go for IPO.
