Abstract
Current paper highlights the crucial subject of work-life balance (WLB) with two objectives; firstly, to determine the present status of WLB of women employees and secondly, to assess the impact of selected moderators on their WLB. Women employees here belong to the Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs) and their branches situated at Dehradun. Survey questionnaire was administered on the sample size of 182 respondents selected via convenience sampling.
