Abstract

The development of a nation is depending on its GDP, and GDP is depending on the utilization of its recourses, especially its Human Resource, because the physical and financial resources do not work automatically if not managed by the Human Resource. If human factor is not taken care of then our natural resources, capital and infrastructure may be underutilized or misused.
