RELATIONSHIP OF STRESS, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between depression, anxiety and stress. For this purpose 42 subjects were randomly selected from different sports complexes of South Delhi. The age of subjects ranged between 15-35 years. The data was collected by using DASS, the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and Pearson’s correlation was used to find out the relation. The results of the present study revealed that there was significant relationbetween Depression, stress and anxiety. The level of significance was set at 0.05.
