On and from the commencement of theseregulations the insurance regulatory and developmentauthority (Preparation of Financial statements and auditor’sreport of Insurance companies). Regulations 2000 shall standsuperseded except as respects things done or omitted to bedone there under.Authority means the insurance regulatory andDevelopment Authority establishment under sub . Section(1) of Section 3 of the Insurance regulatory andDevelopmentAuthority Act. 1999 (41 of 1999).All words and expressions used herein and not definedbut defined in the insurance Act., 1938
