Abstract

Learning disability refers to a variety of disorders that affect the acquisition, retention understanding, organization or use of verbal and or non verbal information. These disorders result from impairments in one or more psychological processes related to learning, in combination with otherwise average abilities essential for thinking and reasoning. The poor mental health of many students with learning disability still remains a significant barrier to independent community living. The population for the present investigation defined as learning disabled school students from Ernakulam district, Kerala. The 22 out of 30 correlations are significant; it indicates mental health and styles of thinking in learning disabled are correlated.
