EXAMINING EMPLOYEE’S ATTITUDE TOWARDS ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE

Abstract

The study attempts to learn and understand the attitude of employees towards Organizational change. The focal objective of the study was to know the importance of Organizational change among the employees working for a marketing center. The research design used in the study was descriptive research. Stratified random sampling was adopted for the study. The required data for the study was collected through a structured questionnaire. The data gathered for the study was analyzed and interpreted. It was found that the majority of the employees had good control over organizational change. It can be enhanced by the unique attention provided by the organization.
