Abstract

Employee motivation is a factor or factors that cause an employee to pursue work tasks or goals. It's what causes you to act in a certain way. Internal and external factors that stimulate desire and energy in people to be continually interested and committed to a job, role or subject, or to make an effort to attain a goal.
