Introduction 21st Century is the era of Globalisation. The word Globalisation is the recent catchphrase that has come to dominate the world since the nineties of the last. The time of Globalisation convert the whole world in a global village. In this Global village human beings are more and more organized and all the limitations are removed, so that the world witnesses a new state of fast and free flow of community, economy, goods, literature, and thoughts then the world would be witnessing unexpected happiness of human rights all over the place for the reason that globalization is bringing success to all the corners of the globe together with the spread of the highly cherished values of democracy, freedom and justice. In this period Human Rights are also developing their self like a fish in free water of the deep ocean.
