Patients expressed that Shija hospital is quite satisfied with their information system and they approach to the “front office” for any queries. Shija hospital uses the followings as the tools of PR (a) Integrity (b) Agility (c) patience for excellence. Where as for RIMS the Media Advisor who also has the responsibility of a PR man does not keep any contact with the patient and patient parties. There is no feedback taking system like as at Shija. It means that PR towards customer is very much poor in RIMS.
