Abstract

This study explores the impact of professional development (PD) and career advancement (CA) on job satisfaction (JS) among faculty and administrative staff in private colleges in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Utilizing a cross-sectional survey design, data were collected from 300 respondents and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM).
