Abstract

The present study aimed to compare and find out the mean difference of the Mental Health and Mental Toughness between Cricket and Football Players of North Gujarat area of Gujarat State. The data was collected qualitatively on two tests Mental Health and Mental Toughness of Cricket and Football Players.
