Abstract

With employees widely recognized as a valuable resource for organizations, prioritizing their well-being is now more significant than ever before. The present study characterizing the various organizational factors that determine employee well-being, in an attempt to examine their impact on enhancing the level of well-being of employees, especially those employed in private banks located in the Ajmer district of Rajasthan.
