Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility or CSR, is a new potential for businesses in modern economic environment. Genuine concern for society by the organizations often improves their reputation and encourages sustainable growth within the organizations. Employees are one of the legitimate parts of any business firm, hence, the current study theoretically discussed about the effect of CSR activities on performance of employees. Literature review of existing studies regarding CSR helps in find the nexus between CSR and performance outcomes.
