Abstract

India, with its diverse and rapidly evolving education system, requires teachers who are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and pedagogical approaches to meet the needs of an increasingly dynamic student population. The evolving role of teachers in India goes beyond imparting subject knowledge to include fostering critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving skills, and socio-emotional development among students.
