Abstract

This study attempts to explore the influence of organizational socialization in developing work-related qualities and organized relationships of the women employee in West Bengal. For this purpose, following purposive sampling method, a sample of 280 married women employees working in recognized organized sectors was selected from five districts of West Bengal, viz, Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly, North 24 Parganas and South 24 Parganas.
