Abstract

The Human Resources division of the company has long been regarded as the corporation's most precious asset, and as a result, the company has always put a large focus on that division. In order to gain a competitive edge, employees need to be seen as resources; hence, companies may increase their chances of success in a market that is highly competitive by aligning the activities of their human resource departments with the core purposes of the firm.
