Abstract

Certified seeds of variety RGC 936 of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba were obtained from durgapura agriculture research station Jaipur. Seeds were surface sterilized with .1 percent of HGCL2 for two minutes (Misra 1968) then washed with distilled water three times and then soak for two hours in respective solution of different concentration(10, 50, 100,200ppm) of copper sulphate, cadmium sulphate, lead nitrate, Nikhil sulphate and zinc sulphate.
