Abstract

The effect of demographic variables in preference of digital payment modes has been an important topic of study since the digital transformation and innovation. This research paper deals with understanding the impact and the extent of various demographic variables affecting use of digital payment mode. This study deals with demographic variables such as gender, age, marital status, education, occupation, income and their effect on preference of various digital payment modes available.
