Abstract

In this world where airborne operations tend to provide major leverage for both tactical as well as strategic military operations, the aim to get find the optimal route for an aerial vehicle is crucial to avoid obstacles or enemy defences, minimize travel time and improve safety. There are several constraints associated with aviation, such as weather conditions, obstacles, air traffic control regulations and protocols, airport availability, a flight performance limitation.
