Abstract

The digitalization of work is resulting in transformation in the relationship between employers and employees as well as the perception of quality of life. Under the conditions of the COVID-19 era, individuals whose work could be done through digital modes were offered to do remote work. Performing daily tasks at a distance from the workplace, colleagues, and supervisors affects the workplace resources available to employees and can have an impact on employee wellbeing.
