Abstract

A company's HR (Human Resource) Group will establish a centralized recruitment process system with the help of a job portal. It gives the applicant the chance to sign up for this application, search for jobs, and manages their accounts. By administering numerous aptitude tests, we use a variety of methodologies to identify a person's optimal potential.
