Abstract

A complete protocol for in vitro multiplication of Boswellia serrata is described. Multiple shoots were induced in vitro using cotyledonary nodes from aseptic grown seedlings. After establishment of cultures, shoot buds with mother explants were sub cultured on fresh MS medium containing BAP(0.5mg/l) and NAA (0.05mg/l).
