Abstract

Two year experiments were conducted at the Research Farm of Kisan P.G. College, Simbhaoli, Hapur, Uttar Pradesh during Kharif seasons of 2015 and 2016. Fifteen treatment combinations consisting three cropping system viz. maize sole cropping, greengram sole cropping and intercropping of maize and greengram and five nutrient sources i.e. T1- recommended doses of NPK (RDF), T2- RDF+ Farmyard manure (FYM) 5 t ha-1, T3- RDF + Azospirillum/ Rhizobium,T4- RDF+Phosphorus solubilising bacteria and T5- RDF-FYM a Sub+ Azospirillum Rhizobium + PSB were used in factorial RBD in four replications.
