Abstract

The small and medium businesses play a critical role in economies by producing millions of employments, opening up new business options, and contributing to general economic growth through technology and innovation. India is heavily reliant on small and medium businesses from the supply of necessary commodities to the manufacturing of goods and exports. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has brought drastic disruptions in every sector of the economy where small enterprises are the worst hit sector.
