Abstract

Electronic commerce (e-commerce) is the platform in which customers purchase products and services through the internet (online). Due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has spread across the globe, the businesses and diurnal wage workers were extremely affected. In, India due to the containment zones and strict rules imposed on people or customers to not to come out of the houses changed their perception towards e-commerce and people started shifting from traditional way of shopping to online shopping.
