Abstract

The goal of HR of a firm is to transition themselves from the existing condition to become more capable, devoted, and contributing. As a result of the development of Human Resource Analytics, line managers and HR practitioners now have the ability to more effectively validate, prioritize, and improvise their investments in HR operations. HR Analytics is becoming more important as new inventions, programming, and new methods for information collection are transforming the way HR has been operating up until this point. It has been known for a very long time that traditional HR, which is mostly focused on providing, services, need to broaden its attention to include "decision science," which improves judgments on human capital. HR Analytics transformed the qualitative decision making process to quantitative decision making.
