Abstract

The issue of the organizational climate in the work setting is a contemporary topic of interest. One value of the climate concept is that multiple dimensions of behavior within an organization and can be studied and considered under a global concept (Seehneider, 1972). According to Ali (1986) the concept of organizational climate is generally viewed as an important variable for understanding the behavior of the organizations and their members.Job satisfaction establishes the inner contentment that a job holder felts by doing the job well.
