Abstract

This study finds out leadership effectiveness of secondary school headmasters and gender co-relation with leadership effectiveness. 66 secondary schools’ headmasters form Kolhapur district were sample for this study. Data was collected with standard tool Leadership Effectiveness Scale. Data was put to statistical treatment by using mean, S.D., & t-test. Finding of this study is there is no significant difference between effective leadership of male headmasters and female headmasters.
