Abstract

Online shopping is a relatively new phenomenon in the realm of e-business, and it is unquestionably the way of the future in India. Despite the fact that internet shopping is immensely popular outside of India, its growth in the Indian market is still lagging behind the worldwide industry. The potential expansion and popularity of online shopping has prompted the notion of conducting a study on the subject, particularly in Prayagraj, which has a lot of potential for online shopping. The present research paper has used Qualitative and Quantitative research methods to study the overall purchase behaviour of consumers including their influencing factors, purchase pattern, and experience with online shopping.
