Abstract

Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs) are the those networks which are deployed in hostile environment to capture the information and data from that environment. These networks have been always hot and popular areas for researchers and there is always a scope of improvement in the working of these network. These networks usually deploy sensors(also called motes) in the areas where the human reachability is very less. These sensors operate on battery and their life wholly depends upon the battery life. Many routing protocols and mechanism have been deveopled to improve the lifetime of these sensors so that wireless sensor networks can work for long time for data availability.
