Abstract

Quality of life is a major factor in determining people's health. It generally focuses on persons' physical and mental health, as well as their functional performance. COVID-19 was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020. This pandemic had disrupted the normal life and health status of every individual all over the world. The aim of the study was to assess gender influence on QOL in WFH Employees using WHOQOL-BRIEF. A cross-sectional analysis was performed using secondary data which is carried out from April 2020 to May 2020 in Karnataka. A total of 208 people took part in the survey.
