Abstract

The microphotograph of the T.S. of liver Heteropneustes fossilis obtained at control condition showed the following characters- I. Liver in control fishes included diffused pancreatic tissue and hence the whole structure should be, therefore, be called a hepatopancreas. II. It was surrounded by delicate collagen us sheath.
