Abstract

Food safety has emerged as an important global issue in this new millennium with growing international trade. Food safety events threaten not only consumers’ health, but also the value of associated companies. The results of this study on impact of food safety regulations on financial performance: with special reference to selected Britannia Industries limited. For this pre enacted period and post enacted period of FSSAI implication on the financial performance of companies will be study. This study contributes to the FMCG sectors and its practical implications for effective management strategies for food-related companies.
