Abstract

Human Resources Development is a growing field and a complex area covering a vast canvas. It has gained increasing attention in the last decade from human resource specialists, training and development professionals within the organisation. Under various government schemes like Aatma Nirbhar Bharat, Make in India, Skill India etc. the opportunities in the civil world are increasing. It is being realised that it is time that Human Resources Development culture should include curriculum to empower soldiers in technical and tactical domains which help them to face challenges in civil world post retirement.
