Abstract

To outshine in present scenario of competition, employees in supply chain are required to understand not only their individual responsibility, but also their responsibility in the continuous process. At every level, there are individuals that are open to new ideas and others that are more cautious to change. To growth a firm to better levels of supply chain maturity, everybody should be on the same page with cross-functional training and education. Employees and organizational capabilities sets require to be evaluated so as to reveal gaps that might jeopardize supply chain renovation and success. An initial stage of knowledge assists ensure that workers have the appropriate background and knowledge so they are equipped to do their responsibilities effectively and make every day decisions that affect organizational performance.
