Abstract

Failure mode is the process of reviewing as many components, assemblies and subsystem as possible to identify potential failure modes in a system and their causes and failure rate models are combined with a statistical failure mode ratio data base. The failure analysis process relies on collecting failed components for subsequent examination of causes and using a wide array of methods. In a transition diagram we observed that the system of cause’s failure based by P-unit and Q-unit and these units are repair or waiting by function mode. The effect of correlation on MTSF is increased by point to point and varying according to the position of the function.
