The present work brings into focus the mathematical resolution of unsteady two dimensional slowing laminar boundary layer flow and heat transfer of an in compressible melted above a moving wedge in the existence of variable viscosity. Suitable transformation is used to form a system of coupled nonlinear partial differential equations for governing both the flow and heat transfer. These equations have been solved mathematically by using an implicit finite difference method in combination with quasilinearization strategy.
