Many developing countries are following a policy to magnetize overseas capital (which is commonly referred as official development aid) through loans and other means to enhance evolution and development process via boosting investment through these means. However, there are only a few success stories where such resources have made any significant contribution to improve the monetary performance of beneficiary country. The role of overseas aid in the evolution process of developing countries has been a topic of intense debate since the aid allocation has been floated in these countries either from some international organization or agency or individual overseas country/company.
