Abstract

Tourism is travel for pleasure or business; also the theory and practice of touring, the business of attracting, accommodating, and entertaining tourists, and the business of operating tours. It helps to generate income for the country and is a continual source of income. Tourism sector coined greater place due to creating greater opportunities for Employment. Tourism is term which is popularized as an instrument for employment generation, poverty alleviation and sustainable human resource development. It is motivated by the natural urge of every human being for new experience, adventure, wellbeing, health consciousness, education and entertainment. The motivations for tourism also include social, religious and business interests also employment opportunities.
