Abstract

This paper aims at examining the concept of digital marketing along with its growing relevance. Other than this, this study has also made an attempt to decipher the specific challenges which companies are facing in integrating the digital marketing domain in conventional marketing set-up. It also studies the challenges which companies in Delhi-NCR are facing for recruitment of marketers for better productivity.
